Firepower Fireworks was founded with a single mission: to bring world-class pyrotechnic artistry to the Caribbean. What started as a small team of passionate pyrotechnicians has grown into Jamaica's most trusted fireworks company.
Over 20 years, we've powered more than 500 shows across the island — from the cliffs of Negril to the harbours of Kingston. Every display is custom-designed, meticulously planned, and executed with the highest standards of safety and artistry.

Firepower Fireworks is formally tied to Explosive Sales and Services, Jamaica's longest-standing supplier of pyrotechnic and explosive effects for the entertainment industry. Together, we represent a generational legacy in special effects — one that stretches from the earliest days of international film production on the island to the present day.
Jamaica has been a backdrop for some of cinema's most iconic moments, and our team has been behind the explosive effects that made those moments unforgettable. From the pioneering James Bond production Dr. No in the 1960s — the film that put Jamaica on the world's cinematic map — through decades of local and international productions, our expertise in controlled explosive effects has been trusted by directors, producers, and studios worldwide.
Our film and television credits span generations of Jamaican cinema and international co-productions: Third World Cop, Shottas, The Harder They Come, Getta Life, Knight and Day, and many more. Each production demanded precision, safety, and the ability to deliver dramatic effects on cue — the same standards we bring to every fireworks display we fire today.
